Riker shows up on the Station. Kira makes nice and shows him around, even giving a tour of the Defiant. Ben works with Gul Dukat to find a Federation ship before it can kill innocent Cardassian civilians.

We talk about the Trill quest to gain a symbiont and a huge leg up on all of your Trill compatriots. Gaining a symbiont is enough to consume an entire life and even enough to kill for.
